If you are purchasing a digital product, there is no shipping for that digital product. You will be able to access the file immediately after checkout or from the email you provide at checkout.

Earrings are final sale. However, if your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings.

We are unable to cancel orders during launches due to increased demand of items.
