Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP - If you opt for local pick up you should message me through Instagram or Facebook to receive a discount code (before checking out). This discount code will take away any shipping rates that may apply. Upon checkout I will send you the address via email. 

LOCAL DELIVERY Local delivery is only an option for customers that I see at Smiths Station High School or Novo Fitness Studio. If you opt for local delivery you should message me through Instagram or Facebook to receive a discount code and let me know which location I should deliver to (before checking out). The discount code will take away any shipping rates that may apply. Please allow 5-7 business days for local delivery. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS Flat rate shipping fee of $2 applies to orders $30 or more. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $60. 

REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order with your name and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will refund you within 14 business days of you contacting us. We do not accept any other returns.
