Refund policy

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. In order to receive a refund or a replacement for an order that arrived damaged, please send a picture of the damage to my instagram or facebook (parlie.designs) within 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.

•  As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.
